About Zel

My work blends massage therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, meditation, and immersive sound to create restorative experiences rooted in gentleness, presence, and nervous system awareness.

Through therapeutic touch, sound, and stillness, I aim to create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported in the process of healing and restoration.

My Story

I grew up in Las Cruces, where the spaciousness and quiet rhythm of the desert continue to influence the way I approach healing and presence today.

Before entering the world of bodywork, I originally studied classical music and developed a deep appreciation for rhythm, resonance, silence, and emotional expression through sound.

I later began studying massage therapy in Las Cruces, where I discovered a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies through therapeutic touch and nervous system support.

As my practice evolved, I continued exploring modalities that felt increasingly aligned with the slower, more listening-based approach I was naturally drawn toward.

After the COVID pandemic, I discovered CranioSacral Therapy and eventually expanded into immersive sound work while living in San Diego, where I studied and mentored with experienced sound facilitators.

Over time, these paths naturally merged together into the work I offer today.

Training & Influences

My work draws from ongoing study and experience in:

  • Massage Therapy

  • CranioSacral Therapy

  • Sound facilitation and immersive sound experiences

  • Meditation and breath awareness practices

  • Tuning fork and vibrational therapies

I continue to deepen my education through mentorship, hands-on practice, continuing education, and personal exploration of integrative healing approaches.

My Approach

I approach sessions collaboratively and with deep respect for each person’s individual process.

Rather than working from a forceful or corrective model, I aim to support the body and nervous system through listening, pacing, and creating space for relaxation and regulation to emerge naturally.

Sessions are guided less by rigid protocols and more by what feels supportive in the moment. Depending on the session, this may include therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Therapy, sound, stillness, breath awareness, or grounding support.

Gentleness is central to my work. I’ve found that the body often responds most profoundly when it feels safe, supported, and not pressured to change.

Each session is personalized and shaped collaboratively around your needs, comfort level, and intentions.

What Matters to Me

What matters most to me is helping people reconnect with themselves.

Many people move through life disconnected from their bodies — carrying stress, tension, emotional overwhelm, and survival patterns for so long that they begin to feel normal.

I care deeply about creating spaces where people can slow down, soften, and feel supported without pressure to perform, push, or “get it right.”

Empowerment is also deeply important to me. I don’t see healing as something I do to someone, but rather something I support space for. I believe the body already holds an incredible capacity for healing, awareness, and regulation when given the right conditions.

Whether through touch, sound, or stillness, my intention is to help people feel more grounded, connected, and at home within themselves.
