Join us for a restorative mid-morning sound bath at Natural Movement Pilates. This immersive experience is designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and gentle inner stillness through the therapeutic use of sound and vibration.
Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable lying on the floor for the duration of the session — yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolsters, eye mask, water, or other cozy supports are encouraged.

Slow down and settle into an afternoon of rest and resonance during this calming sound bath experience at Natural Movement Pilates. Using crystal singing bowls and meditative soundscapes, this session invites you into a space of grounding, restoration, and deep presence.

Margo Sorum and Zel Hartman are massage therapists, yoga teachers and musicians. Join them for a once in a lifetime experience blending yoga, sound, and healing touch! Each participant will receive personalized adjustments during yoga practice, and healing touch during their sound bath.
