Very.
CranioSacral Therapy is one of the gentlest hands-on modalities available. While certain techniques may involve subtle holds or releases, the pressure used is typically very light — often around 5–15 grams, about the weight of a nickel.

Your comfort, agency, and nervous system safety are deeply important to me. You are always welcome to pause, adjust, modify, or end a session at any point.

The intention is always to support the body toward greater ease and balance.
