Participants are guided into a comfortable resting position while layered tones from Crystal Tones® Singing Bowls, harp, and other resonant instruments infuse the space. Vibrations move through the body, inviting stillness, softening tension, and awakening subtle awareness. A personalized guided meditation may be included to support the intention of the gathering.
